The Way To A Woman’s Heart Is a Free Term Paper
My best friend David is a sucker. He is easily manipulated by anything in a skirt. It was really frustrating. Women always felt like they could use him because he would let them. He would chauffeur them around, buy them drinks and listen to their problems. There was one girl in particular that David really liked, Mackenzie. She was tall and thin with red hair and sparkling green eyes. Mackenzie was pretty but a horrible student. She could barely hold a conversation but was great at getting her hair to hold up. She let it be known that she was willing to pay someone to write her term papers for her. David of course offered. He said he would even write a free term paper.
David was just love sick for Mackenzie it really made me angry to see him giving so much attention to a girl who was obviously using him. She handed him her first assignment. It was research paper on a historical figure. It was definitely a piece of cake. But David worked extra hard on this free term paper making sure Mackenzie would be so impressed by it that perhaps she would go on a date with him as his reward. I laughed as he spent days in the library doing strong critical analysis research. I told him she wouldn’t know the difference if he spent five days or five hours on the paper. He assured me that if she got a good grade on the paper it would be the start of relationship between he and Mackenzie. When he was done asked me to edit the free term paper I quickly glanced through it noticing how well he had written it.
David had a great thesis that was stated in the beginning of the free term paper and at the end. He also managed to get some form of the thesis into every paragraph. He also utilized the APA citation method using a total of five books and journals. David reminded me that professors prefer books for citations since they think that internet sources are not very reputable. He also chronologically detailed the historical figure’s life picking out the strongest five points and dedicating one paragraph to each point. I had to say it was one of his finest papers.
Later that week when David went to deliver the free term paper to Mackenzie he found her at her locker looking through a bunch of papers. When he said hi Mackenzie dropped the stack of papers she had in her hand. As David helped her collect the papers off the ground his eye caught her English syllabus. Mackenzie had written names in the margins next to every term paper assignment. They were the names of the people who would be writing or did write a free term paper for her. Mackenzie had not only manipulated David but had manipulated half the men in the sophomore class to write a free term paper for her. David was crushed but eventually moved on. He said would never write a free term paper for anyone ever again.
